Extra Bed: Rs.1000 + Taxes (18.00%) per person, on Bed.
Room Taxes: All Govt. Taxes as applicable will be paid extra. The rates are
Exclusive of any taxes.
Children below 08 Yrs would be accommodated without any extra charge on the same bed.

Reservations are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
For early Check-in requests before 9:00 a.m., please book your guest’s rooms one night prior to arrival in order to guarantee room availability, as hotel check-in & check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
Reservation to be held for arrival must be guaranteed by the traveler’s credit card or via company letter to guarantee first night in case of no show.
You will appreciate that the hotel reserves the right to cancel/decline a reservation in case of any Urgent situation, Renovation work; malfunctioning and the reservation may be shifted to a different hotel of equivalent facilities and rate.
In case of no show, one night will be charged automatically, according to the payment instructions received either to guest or to company.
Guaranteed rooms must be cancelled before 48 hours of the date of scheduled arrival to avoid being charged for one night in the event of no show.
Non guaranteed arrivals will be released at 4.p.m. hotel time on the day of arrival.
Reservations should always be made in your Company name prior to your guest’s arrival. Should you have guest in-house without a reservation and wish to
apply your special corporate rate the rate will be applied as of the date of receiving a letter or fax to this effect and no rebate will be made retrospectively.
The above rates do not apply for groups of 10 rooms or more. Group rates are negotiable on a case by case basis depending on availability and group size. Rates may be higher or lower than the rate provided in this agreement for individual business.
These special rates will not be valid for blackout period & during special events.
These rates apply to company employees, employees of subsidiary companies and official business partners. The hotel reserves the right to request identification proving that rates are being applied only to the latter or indeed for
information on company letter head confirming that an individual benefiting from
these corporate discounted rates is a legitimate business partner.
Contracted corporate rates are applicable 7 days a week and cannot be combined with any promotional or weekend discounted rates.
The hotel reserves the right to apply any additional taxes raised by the
Government.
Should the company disregard the terms and conditions mentioned herein, the Hotel reserves the right to withdraw the special corporate rates and a 15-day notice period shall be observed.

Advance (if any) must be on proper advance receipts, without receipts no advances will be entertained. The management has the right to change the
rates without any prior notice
Should you have any requirement for Banquet/conference function at our different venues, please let us know and we would be ready to assist you with rates and facilities. A separate contract has to be done for the same in association with the S & M Banquets team.
